What You’ll Do:
- Learn & Grow: Master the complete range of Individual Patient Solutions (IPS), understanding the ins and outs of each custom product.
- Collaborate: Work closely with surgeons and team members to meet specific technical and medical requirements for each case.
- Design in 3D: Use advanced CAD software to create 3D models of custom surgical products, including guides, implants, and splints, tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Ensure Quality: Follow regulatory and internal guidelines to ensure every product meets strict design and manufacturing standards.
- Test & Validate: Conduct product testing to verify performance, reliability, and usability in real-world conditions.
- Document Success: Maintain detailed records for each case, ensuring a smooth process from concept to completion.
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Associate’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Bioengineering, Biomedical) or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with 3D modeling software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fast Learner: Ability to quickly pick up new software and processes.
- Self-Starter: You can work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment.
