As an Area Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving regional and area objectives. Your responsibilities include:
– Leading store teams to uphold core values and deliver exceptional customer service.
– Driving individual and store sales goals, ensuring annual sales growth meets or exceeds company targets.
– Maximizing performance through effective planning, commitment to sensible store scheduling, and talent development.
– Safeguarding company assets through loss prevention and expense efficiencies.
– Communicating effectively to convey area and regional priorities to store teams.
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
– 4+ years of multi-unit retail management experience, with a focus on high-ticket item sales preferred.
– Residence within the area/region of responsibility.
– Experience in Client Relationships and the full Customer Lifecycle Environment.
– Proficiency with general office equipment, POS systems, Google Suite, and/or MS Office applications.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills, even in a remote management setting.
– Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
– Analytical abilities to drive results by identifying opportunities for improvement.
– Adaptability to changing business priorities.
Budgeted Salary – $100,000 – $125,000
