Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator

In this hands-on role, you will work directly with the Director of Ecommerce to optimize site performance, ensure seamless product uploads, and execute innovative merchandising strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the ecommerce site, focusing on product categorization, navigation, and onsite search.
  • Ensure accurate product content, including imagery, descriptions, attributes, and categorization.
  • Execute daily site reviews to confirm proper product placement and promotional functionality.
  • Develop SEO-optimized copy for product listings and landing pages to enhance discoverability.
  • Partner with Merchandising to monitor inventory levels and align availability with customer demand.
  • Refine on-site search functionality and conduct testing to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Merchandising, to manage promotional activities, landing pages, and pricing strategies.
  • Utilize ecommerce analytics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in homepage messaging and promotional updates to align with campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce site merchandising, fashion merchandising, marketing, or retail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using website analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce KPIs, SEO best practices, and digital marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in footwear and apparel merchandising.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Collaborative and independent working style.

Location and Work Arrangements

This position is based in Tyler, TX, and requires 100% on-site presence.

Compensation

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 annually.
