Key Responsibilities
- Support and develop a strong team by coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team development, inventory, labor management, and accountability.
- Ensure a welcoming guest experience by fostering a service-driven culture and leading by example.
- Monitor and enhance performance metrics, ensuring quality, efficiency, and operational success.
- Encourage teamwork and collaboration to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Adapt to change by identifying challenges, problem-solving, and implementing solutions proactively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the restaurant.

Location & Work Arrangements
This is an on-site leadership role in one of our client’s restaurants. Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary – $70,000 – $80,000
