What You’ll Do:
Lead and Grow: Oversee HR functions such as employee relations, talent management, benefits administration, and payroll while mentoring and developing your HR team for future success.

What We’re Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required; Master’s degree is preferred. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is highly desirable.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR, with at least 7 years in a leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience with HRIS systems, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition.
Mindset: A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can both strategize and execute effectively.
Attention to Detail: Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
