Key Responsibilities
- Lead PCI Compliance Efforts (40%)
- Plan and execute the annual PCI assessment.
- Supervise internal staff and contractors, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Develop the PCI compliance report for executive management.
Oversee IT Audit Operations (30%)
- Plan and execute IT audits in alignment with the annual IT Audit Plan.
- Review audit findings, identify improvement areas, and prepare executive summaries.
Manage IT SOX Compliance (10%)
- Oversee IT-related Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors to ensure maximum reliance on internal team work.
Drive Special Projects (15%)
- Lead ad-hoc audits and reviews of company functions to assess compliance and resource efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development (5%)
- Manage and mentor staff auditors, providing performance feedback and fostering growth.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
- Certifications: CISA or CISSP (required).
- 5+ years of IT audit or related IT operational experience.
- 2+ years of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance experience.
- Proven experience leading PCI assessments.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of IT processes and technologies; retail experience preferred.
- Effective team development and coaching skills.
- Advanced project management, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including occasional international travel.
Location and Work Arrangements
- Hybrid Role: 2 days a week at the Denton, Texas location
- Future Location: Transitioning to a more central DFW location in late 2025.
Compensation: $125K – $140K
