Multi-family Construction Manager

Join a regional real estate development consultation firm with an impressive portfolio of projects in the Southeast. With an ever-growing project pipeline and clientele, they are looking for an experienced Owner’s Rep / Construction Manager to join their team.

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for a Multifamily Project Manager looking to transition towards the owner’s side. You’ll be responsible for seamlessly managing construction projects for the owner/developer, overseeing construction progress, handling change orders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor the multifamily construction process.
  • Manage the change order process during construction.
  • Coordinate and oversee owner-requested changes during construction.
  • Facilitate communication between Construction and the operator to ensure smooth project delivery.
