About the Company:

Our client, a regional single-family home builder, is seeking a talented Project | Production Manager to join their growing team. With a national volume exceeding $500M+ and over 50 offices across 11 states, this privately owned company has been a leader in the industry since 1972.

Your Role:

As the Project | Production Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of multiple projects, managing all aspects of construction operations from subcontractor selection to project completion. You’ll be the linchpin in customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients, homeowners, and office staff to deliver top-notch results.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in residential new construction, particularly in On Your Lot (OYL) and scattered lot building.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with an average home price of $525k.
  • Strong leadership skills and a knack for building cohesive teams.
  • Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively with customers and homeowners.

Compensation and Benefits:

Budgeted Salary – $75,000 – $85,000

  • Bonus structure averaging $500-1000 per home
  • Comprehensive benefits, including 401k, paid vacation days, and insurance coverage
  • Auto allowance of $1000 per month
