What You’ll Do:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Manage multiple recruitment pipelines in a fast-paced environment, adapting strategies to meet urgent staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify top talent.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract a diverse and highly skilled talent pool.

Interviewing & Selection

  • Conduct behavioral-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
  • Provide hiring managers with best-practice guidance on interviewing and candidate selection to ensure the best hires.
  • Facilitate interview processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.

Candidate & Hiring Manager Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely and clear communication to provide a positive candidate experience.

Recruitment Technology & Reporting

  • Utilize Paycom or other ATS/HRIS systems to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Stay informed on employment laws and best practices to ensure compliance across the recruitment process.
  • Participate in initiatives to improve the recruitment process and enhance the overall candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems like Paycom.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral-based interview techniques.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Human Resources Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Knowledge of current employment laws and recruitment best practices is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to career fairs as needed (up to 10%).
