We will create a recruitment campaign that uses a variety of channels to reach potential candidates. This may include online job boards, professional networks, referrals, and our own candidate database. We will also develop interview questions and interview guide to debias the interview process.

Step 3: Sourcing and Candidate Identification

We will also use advanced search techniques to created a targeted lists of qualified candidates to contact using our 7-touchpoint process.

Step 4: Candidate Screening and Assessment

We will conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate the qualifications, skills, experience, potential, and overall suitability of each candidate for the role.

Step 5: Candidate Presentation and Client Interviews

We will present the most qualified and promising candidates to you for review. We will also help you arrange interviews with candidates you would like to speak with.

Step 6: Offer Negotiation and Onboarding Support

Once you have selected a candidate, we will assist you in negotiating an offer package that is aligned with your budget, market standards, and the candidate’s expectations. We will also provide guidance and support throughout the offer acceptance process and work closely with both parties to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.

Step 7: Post-Placement Follow-up

After your new associate starts, we will follow up with both you and the candidate to ensure satisfaction and address any potential issues or concerns. We will maintain open lines of communication to foster a long-term partnership and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
